Robert Scott Ginsberg of Wallingford Connecticut a stockbroker formerly employed by Woodbury Financial Services is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer sought $1,100,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that unsuitable real estate investment trust and oil and gas transactions were executed in the customer’s account. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 18-00118 (Jan. 17, 2018).

Ginsberg is also the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on December 7, 2017 in which the customer alleged that while Ginsberg was associated with Woodbury Financial Services Inc. and Cetera Advisors LLC, real estate investment trust transactions were placed in the customer’s account that were not suitable for the customer.
