Matthew Michael Dauksza of Dewitt New York a stockbroker formerly registered with Pruco Securities LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on December 1, 2017 in which the customer accused Dauksza of failing to supervise a registered representative of the firm who made unsuitable recommendations to the customer regarding life insurance and annuity products.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Dauksza has been identified in three more customer initiated investment related complaints on December 1, 2017 containing allegations of Dauksza having been liable for the unsuitable recommendations of investments made by Dauksza’s subordinates.

Dauksza’s registration with Pruco Securities was terminated on November 3, 2017. Dauksza has been employed by Sagepoint Financial, Inc. since February 1, 2018.
