Zachary Scott Wagner of Gilbert Arizona a stockbroker formerly registered with OneAmerica Securities Inc. is referenced in a Arizona Securities Division investigation on March 26, 2019 founded on accusations that Wagner engaged in violations of the Arizona Investment Management Act and the Arizona Securities Act by (1) soliciting securities sales in the state without Wagner being registered (2) fraudulently utilizing the customer’s funds for Wagner’s own use instead of executing the customer’s investment transactions and (3) falsifying information pertaining to customer account documents.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally reveals that Wagner was discharged by OneAmerica Securities on March 29, 2019 based upon allegations of Wagner’s violations of Arizona securities laws; unregistered solicitations; misrepresentations about customer documents; and fraudulent use of a customer’s funds. Wagner was previously associated with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC between October 7, 2016 and January 4, 2017; and then employed by Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Inc. between December 13, 2017 and October 5, 2018. Arizona Securities Division may be investigating Wagner’s activities at those securities broker dealers.
