Zachary Stephen Reinhart of Bethel Park Pennsylvania a stockbroker formerly employed by Citizens Securities Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on September 15, 2017 in which the customer requested damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 supported by accusations that the customer’s assets were not invested in an individual retirement account in a manner that reflected the customer’s instructions.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on August 8, 2017, a customer initiated investment related complaint concerning Reinhart’s activities was resolved for $9,949.60 in damages founded on allegations that the customer was placed in two fixed annuity investments that were not appropriate for the customer.

Reinhart’s registration with Citizens Securities, Inc. has been terminated as of December 2, 2016. Since December 16, 2016, he has been employed by PNC Investments.
