Steven Douglas Schisler of Grass Valley California a stockbroker currently registered with IFS Securities is referenced in a civil action brought in the Nevada County Superior Court of Nevada City California where the plaintiff sought restitution based upon allegations that while Schisler was associated with IFS Securities Inc. (1) fiduciary duties owed to the plaintiff had been breached (2) the plaintiff’s assets were converted and (3) the plaintiff was not provided with the return of trust assets in regard to a real estate transaction. Civil Action No. CU17-082183 (June 2, 2017).

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that Schisler is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on May 20, 2004 in which the customer sought unspecified damages supported by accusations that while Schisler was associated with Washington Square Securities Inc., he made inappropriate recommendations regarding variable life insurance policies purchased by the customer, and made misrepresentations with respect to the life insurance policy features and loan terms.

Schisler has been employed by IFS Securities Inc. since June 1, 2012.
