Ryan Edward Featherston of Tulsa Oklahoma a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action brought in the Bourbon County Kentucky Circuit Court in which the customer requested more than $5,000.00 in estimated damages based upon allegations that (1) misrepresentations had been made to the customer concerning the terms and conditions of a variable annuity purchased by the customer and (2) unauthorized trades were effected in the customer’s account. Civil Action No. 18-CI-00258 (Jan. 2, 2019).

This is not the first time that Featherston has been accused of misconduct while employed with LPL Financial LLC. Specifically, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on August 6, 2018, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Featherston’s conduct in which the customer requested $140,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Featherston engaged in unauthorized activities in the customer’s investment account.

Featherston was registered with LPL Financial LLC from September 15, 2014 to April 12, 2018.
