Perry Davis Stalvey of Bloomington Illinois a stockbroker formerly registered with State Farm VP Management Corp. was discharged on February 6, 2018 based upon the firm’s allegations that Stalvey misused money that was provided to him by a customer of the firm pertaining to an investment transaction.

FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Stalvey is also subject of a customer initiated investment related civil action brought in the Horry County, South Carolina Court in which the customer requested $67,499.69 in damages supported by accusations that Stalvey removed funds from the customer’s possession without the customer’ authorization, and misinformed the customer about the nature of the customer’s investments. Civil Action No. 2017-CP-26-06203 (Nov. 8, 2017).
