Martin Ross McClure of Columbia South Carolina a stockbroker formerly employed by BBT Investment Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which settled for $24,479.01 on September 18, 2018 based upon allegations that McClure effected unsuitable trades in the customer’s variable annuity accounts by placing the customer’s principal at risk despite the customer’s annuity being established to protect the customer from account value declines.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on February 13, 2003, another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning McClure’s activities where the customer requested $9,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that while McClure was associated with BBT Investment Services Inc., unauthorized mutual fund transactions were executed in the customer’s trust account.

McClure has been associated with BBT Securities LLC since January 2, 2018.
