Joe Percy Medrano of Golden Colorado a stockbroker employed by LPL Financial LLC on January 5, 2006 had been terminated by the firm on January 9, 2018 founded on allegations that Medrano exercised discretion in customer accounts without written authorization from the customer or the firm; conduct violative of LPL Financial’s polices.

Jason Need Nelson Terminated For Misrepresentation Of Customer Financial Profiles

Jason Reed Nelson of Tremonton Utah a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC has been discharged based upon LPL Financial’s accusations that Nelson made misrepresentations to the firm concerning customers’ financial profiles relating to their purchases of annuities. Nelson was employed by the firm between January 17, 2013 and January 10, 2018.
