Joseph Edward Disanza of Massapequa New York a stockbroker currently employed by NBC Securities Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on June 19, 2017 in which the customer sought $25,000.00 in damages founded on accusations that Disanza placed the customer in unsuitable stock and real estate investment trust products which caused the customer to sustain unwarranted investment losses.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim concerning Disanza’s activities was resolved for $105,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that Disanza made false or misleading representations to the customer, executed unauthorized trades in the customer’s account, and put the customer in unit investment trusts, mutual funds, corporate bonds, options and over-the-counter equities that were in no way suitable for the customer. He was subsequently stripped of his securities salesperson registration by the State of Illinois Securities Department based upon Disanza having been barred by NYSE.

Disanza has been registered with NBC Securities since July 22, 2015.
