Diane Marie Knight of Chico California a stockbroker formerly employed by LPL Financial LLC is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on January 26, 2017 where the customer sought $50,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that while Knight was associated with LPL Financial LLC unauthorized parties signed documents to effect real estate security transactions in the customer’s trust account.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on July 5, 2016, a customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Knight’s activities in which the customer requested damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 founded on allegations that while Knight was associated with LPL Financial LLC, misrepresentations were made to the customer concerning the customer’s investments in real estate investment trusts.

Knight, who has been in the industry for eighteen years and worked in four brokerage firms in capacities including registered representative and securities principal, has been employed by LPL Financial LLC since July 1, 2004.
