Investors File Claim Against David Lerner Of David Lerner

Daniel Todd Lerner of New York New York a stockbroker registered with David Lerner Associates Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim where the customer sought unspecified damages based upon accusations that (1) David Lerner Associates failed to supervise Daniel Lerner (2) a fiduciary duty that was owed to the customer had been breached (3) misrepresentations and omissions were made to the customer by Lerner and (4) private placements and mutual funds sold by him were unsuitable and had led the customer to experience losses. Daniel Lerner is referenced in two more customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of his wrongdoing while associated with David Lerner Associates. FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Daniel Lerner’s conduct in which the customer requested $15,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer’s assets were improperly liquidated from a Merrill Lynch account because of Lerner’s actions. On August 22, 2016, another customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Daniel Lerner’s activities where the customer sought $16,756.00 in damages founded on accusations that misrepresentations were made to the customer by Lerner between August of 2015 and August of 2016.
