Kristi Erin Straw, of Overland Park, Kansas, a registered representative formerly associated with CommunityAmerica Financial Solutions, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 17, 2016, in which the customer requested $410,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Straw effected fixed indexed annuity transactions in the customer’s account that were not suitable for the customer.

Straw’s registration with CommunityAmerica Financial Solutions was terminated on April 26, 2017. Since then, she has been associated with U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.
