Christopher Mark Justino of Parsippany New Jersey is a stockbroker formerly registered with G.F. Investment Services LLC who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested $350,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that (1) the customer’s investment application had been fraudulently prepared and (2) the customer’s asset information was intentionally misstated which caused the customer to be placed in real estate securities and variable annuity products that were not suitable for the customer. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-0991 (Apr. 19, 2017).

On February 8, 2016, Justino’s employment with G.F. Investment Services, LLC was terminated. He was later associated with MSI Financial Services, Inc. between January 20, 2016 and March 25, 2017. As of March 25, 2017, Justino has been employed with MML Investors Services, LLC.
