Paul Anthony Snow, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, a registered representative associated with AXA Advisors, LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 26, 2017, based upon allegations that he made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning an individual retirement account, and omitted information from the customer about fees associated with investing.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also indicates that Snow has been identified in two more customer initiated investment related disputes regarding allegations of his misconduct while he was employed with AXA Advisors. Specifically, on April 15, 2003, Snow was named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint founded upon allegations that Snow failed to apprise the customer about the penalties for surrendering a variable annuity. Further, on April 4, 2012, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Snow’s activities, based upon allegations that he made misrepresentations to the customer concerning a variable annuity transaction.
